Finished 1/144 scale model of the Europeans premier jet fighter the Typhoon from Revell of Germany. One very fine kit and very welcome. A few little thing ive noticed that can be improved the next time i build this model again.
Modeled as ZJ939 from Royal Air Force, No.11 squadron and based at RAF Coningsby, the decal which came with the kit and very nice they are.
One of my own sculpted pilot, still needs a little work and maybe a reduction in size.
My favorite side profile shoot, like those print bought at airshows.
Great detail underneath, left most of the weapons and fuel tanks off this build, didn't want the model to look too busy.
Great panel line, especially like the 4 panels on the body. Noticed during the build that a few a missing which i will add the next time i build another Typhoon.
Unlike other Revell kits ive built these deflected canards are fixed.
Always enjoy painting the jet engines, are very nice detailed on the inside also.

Another master piece!
Nice. Like the panel lines.
*sigh*
I miss building model airplane.
Last build was the F-18 Hornet, & that didn't turn out too well.
This model reminds me of the avro arrow for some reason, damn them scrapping such a machine!
Cheers everyone!
guess it remids of the arrow also being an arrow, was a very nice plane for its day
