Getting started on the Gouf and really from what ive done, glued and sanded the seam lines i reckon i could get a damn fine model completed but i want to add a little detail.
One of the first things i did which ive seen alot of blogs i follow, is to sharpen the spikes on the shoulders, really great little technique, cut of the end of the spike, replace with some plasticard, glue wait to dray then sand into a more defines point, really simple and works great. Also drilled out on of the joints on the inside of the shoulder guards away, could be seen which really didn't like the look of.
Tried to do some panel lining but that did not go well at all, hands to fill in with Mr Surfacers and sand to the original finish.
Only major seam line on this great gunpla is the back of the leg and only the bottom third do you have to sand down, the rest is meant to be a panel line, result!
Try adding a little detail, coping whats on the RG Zaku II, no attempt at new panel lines yet on these parts.
