Farnborough International Airshow 2010
Airbus A380, FREAKING HUGE!!
First proper airshow ive ever been too which is quite unusual being such a big plane fan but then being a kid with a father is a former military man, you get to see all sorts of cool stuff anyways.
Of course everything starts with a queue, this was big but really well organised.
B-52, one fly pass along the runway then i guess flew back to the USA.
US Forces well represented, the pilots and crew are cool people.
Navy Sikorsky SH-60 Seahawk and UH-1N Iroquois?
McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagle and the Boeing C-17 Globemaster III.
F-18 Super Hornet, loudest jet at the show, awesome!
General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon, first jet ti take off and please the crowd.
"Vulcan to the Sky Trust" only flying Avro Vulcan, one unique looking bomber and one of the star of the show, last jet to fly and smokey.
JF-17 Thunder
The Parachute Regiments "Red Devils"
Consolidated PBY Catalina
BAe Hawk in a cool British flag livery.
Supermarine Spitfire
Cool take off.
Avro Vulcan and Avro Lancaster, both of these are the only airworthy bomber flying.
When it flew it was the best in the show, so big yet is graceful it was shocking.
Avro Lancaster
Red Arrows, soon as these take to the runway, the crowd seems to double, was a cool show.
Red Arrow doing there thing during a sudden darking of the sky which seems to end when the Red Arrows land, sods law.
Red Arrow smoke heart.
Was a great day, want to go to more airshows in the future.
